Service description
TOTAL RECALL ("we," "us," "the Service") aggregates publicly available recall data from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA FSIS), and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The Service is an independent aggregator not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government agency.
No warranty
Recall data is provided AS-IS. We poll government APIs on a 10-minute cadence and cache results. There may be delays between a recall's official publication and its appearance in our feed. For life-safety decisions, always verify against the original government announcement.
Alerts
Alert notifications are best-effort. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or coverage of every applicable recall. Users should not rely solely on TOTAL RECALL alerts for medical or life-safety decisions.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
